Garrison emerged from Boston’s underground scene in the late 90s alongside a wave of new emo and post-hardcore acts such as Piebald and Cave In. “The Bend Before the Break” was released on Revelation Records and made its mark as the next step in the post-hardcore movement. It combines hyper-melodic catchy songs with heavy breakdowns and deeply personal lyrics, put together into a somber record that remains relevant today. Fully remastered and including rare B-Side tracks on vinyl for the first time. Produced by Brian McTernan of Salad Days / Be Well.
